Stage 1 is all about protecting the brain, improving energy, and preventing decline through healthy eating, hydration, and routine.

🧠 1. BEST FOODS FOR BRAIN HEALTH

(“Mediterranean + MIND diet style”)

✔️ Vegetables (every day)

✔️ Berries (3–4 times a week)
